New Contest Theme Selected and Date Set!

Hey all!

Um, anyway, I finally decided on a contest theme. And I want you to know that it was really hard because we got so many excellent ideas that I so wanted to try. And I'm not just saying that: if you submitted an idea on the last journal, it'll probably show up later.

Anyway, uh, yeah. So, the contest theme I decided on for this contest is going to be: a 'roleplay' or 'cosplay' theme. It's fun to play dress up! : D

Oh, by the way...

There'll be a first prize this time. (dun dun duuuun)

Now, now, don't get your hopes up; it's not money or anything. However, whoevver comes in first place in this contest will get the honor of having their winning deviation posted as the club's new featured deviation. I can only hope that's a significant incentive to participate.

Contest Rules:

1. The drawings must include both Toph and Sokka; no exceptions will be made this time.

2. Neither character can be dressed as the other character. That's lame and all y'all knows it.

3. Also, neither can be dressed as anothehr character from 'Avatar.'

4. Several forms of media will be accepted, including (but not limited to): drawings (traditional or digital), fanfiction, or photos (wink wink, nudge nudge). That'd be interesting, wouldn't it? To see a person dressed as Toph dressed as somebody else? If they actually managed to pull something that weird off I'd vote for 'em...

The due date for the contest is currently set for JANUARY 20TH! Remember that now!
